It was a nice sunny fairly warm morning today, so we decided to take the kids to the South Saint Paul splash pool. This is only about a mile from our house, and a nice facility. It has a large zero entry part for small children, with the things shown below to climb on and get wet by. In the mornings there is a "toddler hour," so the little kids don't get overrun by the bigger kids. It was actually our first time going there this summer, and Azalea had a blast. I think she wants some cousins and friends to come with next time!
I'm not sure why, but she kept wanting to crawl under the fence. Silly girl!
Above: one of her favorite things to do was to climb out on the siderails, jump off and let mommy catch her. She did this many, many times... and each time giggled like crazy.
Above: this is a pretty cool picture, her running form makes daddy proud. Look at that slightly forward lean and the high knee lift. I think she's going to be quite the runner!
Naomi just snoozed away while Azalea whooped it up.
